Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Since every item is custom printed and made-to-order just for you, we do not stock inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for certain reasons. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Our Responsibility: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Free Replacement)
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong size, color, or design than what you ordered), we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
To Qualify for a Free Replacement:

Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

Proof: You must provide clear photos showing the damage, defect, or the incorrect item received.

Process: Please reach out to use via our Contact page with your Order Number and the required photos. We will review your claim and process a replacement right away. There is no need to return the original item.
2. Customer Responsibility: Size Exchanges & Buyer's Remorse (No Returns Accepted)
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for the following reasons:
A. Incorrect Size Ordered
We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. Please consult the chart before ordering, as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if the wrong size was ordered.
B. Buyer’s Remorse
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind about the design, color, or no longer want the product.
C. Unclaimed/Returned to Sender Packages
If an order is returned to Printful's facility due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, or if the package is left unclaimed at the post office, we will contact you. You will be responsible for the reshipment cost to send the package to the correct address. Unclaimed returns are donated after 30 days.
3. How to Initiate a Claim
If your product qualifies under Section 1 (Damaged/Defective), please follow these steps:
