Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Reckless Grit Apparel. We partner with a third-party fulfillment service to create and ship every item on demand. Because your order is custom-made after you purchase it, our process is divided into two parts: Fulfillment and Shipping.
1. Fulfillment (Production) Time
This is the time it takes to create your custom product, verify the quality, and package it for shipment.

Average Fulfillment Time: Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 2–7 business days.

During Peak Seasons: Fulfillment may take longer (up to 10–12 business days) due to high demand (e.g., holidays).
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or major public holidays.
2. Shipping (Transit) Time
This is the time it takes for your order to reach you once it has been handed off to the carrier. Shipping time is calculated after the fulfillment time.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time (EDT)
The total delivery time is the sum of the Fulfillment Time and the Shipping Time.

Example (US Standard): 5 business days (Fulfillment) + 4 business days (Shipping) = 9 business days total EDT.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the type and number of products in your order and your shipping address.

Base Rate: The shipping cost is calculated based on the first, heaviest item.

Additional Items: Each subsequent item in the same order receives a reduced shipping rate.
Please review the final shipping cost presented during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your order has been fulfilled and shipped. You can typically track your order within 24-48 hours after receiving the notification.
6. International Shipping, Customs, and Import Taxes
Reckless Grit Apparel is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Delays: Orders shipped outside of the fulfillment regions may be subject to customs delays that are outside of our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated clearance times.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
We strive for perfection, but if there is an issue with your order:

Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

Packages Lost in Transit: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with our fulfillment partner to send a replacement order.
